Rudolph Day - March
I'm just popping in at the very last minute with my Rudolph Day card. I've had it made for a couple of days but just not found the time to blog it.
I used the SU Sparkly Seasons stamp set and dies. When this set came out I wasn't very keen then someone gave me a card using it and I wished I'd bought it. Luckily I just found one on that well known auction site that had never been used. It's just a shame that the die set doesn't include one for the snowglobe base. I mounted it onto a snippet of Christmas paper. The red card and the white I stamped on all came out of the snippets box as well. So a trip to the Playground is called for as well.

This stamp set looks so lovely here. I like the colours you used and the dp for the base of the snowglobe.

ReplyDeleteSuper card and so good that you found the set in the end! The soldier is just like the wooden Christmas nutcrackers that are so much part of German traditions! And your cutting out of the base is every bit as good as having a die BTW!
