Seize the Birthday meets Open Sea

There is another new challenge blog called Seize the Birthday. Last week the sketch was for a female card and this week it is the same sketch for a male card. Unfortunately I didn't get round to playing last week. It was perfect though, this week, for one of my UFOs which has been on my desk since long before Christmas!

And this is the sketch

I used papers from the Festival of Prints pad which is definitely not just for Christmas, but if you want one you will need to hurry as it will disappear at the end of this month.

Cardstock: Midnight Muse, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White
DSP: Fesstival of Prints
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Stamp set: The Open Sea
Misc: Framelits labels dies

  3. I think the nautical theme works so well for a card for a man! Even with lots of red you achieve a great male look! A lovely card!

  5. This is a great card for a guy!
