Birthday Dog

I made this card for my sister-in-law who is animal mad! It accompanied a hand drawn canvas of her dog made by a very talented friend of mine. You can see her art work here, and this is the canvas she made from photos.

  

The dog is of course, a Tim Holtz Crazy Dog. I am sharing this with Addicted to Stamps and More and Addicted to CAS.

Something begining with D

The challenge this week at Cardz 4 Guyz is "Something beginning with D" I went for dog, purely because I wanted to use the Crazy Dogs stamps which had been waiting pateiently for me to give them their first outing!

I stamped him onto some taupe cardthen watercoloured him, he looks a bit streaky here but not IRL. White gel pen for his eyebrows - do dogs have eyebrows? Some glossy accents on his eyes and a wash of green to ground him. The sentiment is a Dylusions one, which I thought suited the look on his face! I look forward to seeing what you create.
