I've finally found a bit of time to have a play with some of my new stash!! So here's a card giving you a sneak peak of something from the upcoming Spring/Summer catalogue and a NBUS (never before used stuff). I'm ashamed to say that the hexagon punch- bought last June- was still in its wrapping!
I managed to use some snippets of retired DSP as well. The stamp set is Sassy Salutations. have you guessed wht the sneak peak is?
I'm going to enter this into
The Male Room challenge which is asking for a get well card and a trip to
Pixies Playground is on the cards too as I've used quite a few snippets and need to see if the fence is mended yet!
You can order from my online shop at anytime or email if you prefer the personal touch .
A great Get Well card (I forgot about that sentiment!) - thanks so much for joining us in The Male Room this week - Jacqueline xx
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, saw your fab card at the Playground, and zipped over for a closer view. You did a great job with your hexagon & using up some snippets. You placed them so well. My one time doing the hexagons, I had difficulty arranging them so they looked nice. Yours look wonderful. Love the way you added the sentiment as a pretty tag too. TFS & see ya again at the Playground.
ReplyDeleteGreat card Sue, those hexagons are brilliant and the tag looks perfect. Super idea for a card for a male of the species!

Great masculine card. The hexagons look wonderful...I have the SB dies and have never used the littlest ones to try this...You have inspired me...I am going to dig them out and make a hexie card!
ReplyDeleteLove the hexagons, a really good way to use snippets. Thank you for joining us at The Male Room.
ReplyDeleteLove your card, the hexi's made for good use of snippets too! I haven't used my hexi's in a long time either, need to dust them baby's off. lol I think your sneak peak is the new tab punch from SU?
ReplyDeleteHi again Sue! Sorry to hear you had a bad week, but am pleased that picking this lovely card for the Playground Picks cheered you up :) You gave me food for thought about a card am making here, I don't have a hexagon punch but will be die cutting hexagons like mad - once I go and get some shopping in for the week ahead. We need food for our tummies as well as food for thought :)

Hi Sue, I can quite see why Di has showcased this super card - it is perfect for a get well card, especially for a male recipient. I love the colours and that greeting stamp is fab. Elizabeth xx
