The Male Room - Colour Challenge

The challenge in The Male Room this week is a colour one. The colours to be used are  green, blue and brown.  It took me a while to decide what to use for this and eventually decided the Clockworks set would be good. However I don't own it so MDS to the rescue! After I had printed the main image in white card  I added some splotches with the Gorgeous Grunge set. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners set and cut with the matching framelit. The blue mount for the banner was made by drawing round the outside of the framelit and cutting out by hand. Some linen thead and a blue mat completed the card.

Don't forget to pop over to the challenge to see more inspiration from my fellow design team members.

  1. A fun card today Sue. Brings back fond memories of me taking my dad's pocket watch apart to see how it worked. Well, maybe not so fond since that didn't turn out so well. LOL. Great card. painful memories.
