I used the new SU stamp Peaceful Wreath and coloured it with copics. The corner of the green mat was embossed with a Tattered Lace embossing folder. As snippets were used I'm going to visit the Playground for the second time this week! Just seen that Happy Little Stampers challenge is also asking for holly.

Christmas Wreath
TIt's a long time since I entered the Merry Monday challenge. This week they are asking for"holly" and it just so happened that I had made this card last week for another challenge, but had missed the deadline.

Very pretty wreath. I love the colors you used on it. I'm glad you and Roy are working out a schedule. Make up several meals and freeze some for later on so you have some extra time. Then you know what to do!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Christmas card Sue, popped over from MM for a closer look. Carol x

ReplyDeleteI love that corner embossing and the pretty wreath! Thanks, Sue, for sharing this with us at Merry Monday!
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful Sue! I love the partial dry embossing it adds so much to the card!
ReplyDeleteLove wreaths, and especially the Christmas ones. This is such a pretty soft green and looks so lovely with the shade of lavender you've combined with it. Also liked the corner embossing detail too. Very interesting, and more effective than doing the entire card front. Like it! TFS & hope things are going well. Hugs
ReplyDeleteI love that you had this card all ready to go, Sue, and how it fit into the challenges! It is really stunning and full of wonderful texture! And you used snippets, too!! Hugs, Darnell
