Less is More - OLC

It's one layer week over at Less is More with a theme of favourite beverage. I was a bit limited in my choice of stamps for this one, but decided to use the mug from a Simon says Stamp set.

I stamped one mug then masked it off to add a second one, then added the smiley faces. I stamped the steam in Crumb Cake and coloured the coffee the same. I was then going to colour the mugs, butI was  finding it difficult to decide what colours to use  and actually it grew on me as it was, so I decided to leave well alone and definitely go for "less is more".

  3. Good call to keep it clean and crisp, Sue - it looks really effective with the empty space around and on the mugs. Very CAS and a great layout! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Less is More :)

  7. Such a cheery card and I love the limited colour palette. Definitely the right choice to leave the mugs white.
