April Rudolph Day

I thought I hadn't managed to join in with last month's Rudolph Day (but I had ) so I compensated by making two this month! The first one was really really easy! I had kept a triangular shaped card we received at Christmas and used it as a template. I've got some Kanban card from a Christmas kit bought a long time ago from QVC and thought this might be a good way of using it up. It is just a triangle shape and two score lines with the bottom shaped so it stands. I stamped a greeting and embossed it in gold onto a snippet of green card and added it to the front.

My second card is also using up some old stash. This time it is from a Papermania pad that I thnk was in a goody bag. The paper is actually a pale blue but it was a bit gloomy when I took the photo and the flash has washed out the colour. I added some stickles to his hat and the ribbon is from my stash as well.

I'm going to pop over to the Playground as well as it's a while since I've been there.
Edited to add: Thanks for the hint Carol I'm also entering this at Winter Wonderland.

  15. This triangle card is so very unique. I love the shape and the paper. Your second card is a fun one. I'm so happy to see you using up some of your older stash. I am trying to add in something older on each card. Some cards aren't the style to do that with but I am trying. The two you made for Roy are both as cute as can be. I bet he loved it.
