Anyway oto the card. I used a NBUS die that I bought last Christmas and never used. Red glitter paper to back it and a red embossed sentiment finished it off. Definitely easy peasy.
It will be a good one I think for a bit of batch making.

It might have been easy peasy but it's a lovely card Sue. What a great die. I love Santa's curly beard. Well done with your wooden mounted stamps. I keep thinking about it but it's such a daunting task! Barbxx
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous card and love the colours. Hugs, Carol S.xx
ReplyDeleteA very striking card, the red against the white looks stunning, great die too.

Nice clean and simple card, and such fun to rediscover forgotten stash xxx
ReplyDeleteAnd such a pretty card it is, Sue! We all need batch-making ideas as these months fly by! I feel your pain with unmounting your wooden stamps as I did that myself a coupla months ago. What a job! But, as you say, well worth it to gain the space and make discoveries ~ also to purge ones you realize you've outgrown. Well done and enjoy! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteThis is a fabulous Santadie. I love the glasses perched on his nose!
ReplyDeleteWonderful card...

Gorgeous die making a gorgeous card! Perfect sentiment too. Well done with your sorting! xxx
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely card Sue! Love the Santa. I unmounted loads of my stamps a couple of years ago but I'm running out of space again LOL , there were quite a lot I couldn't bring myself to unmounted but might have to harden my heart and do some more.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous CAS card and i must confess i don't buy much from 'Stampin' Up', but i was temped to buy this die, as i thought it was fabby and thanks for joining us at July's Rudolph Days Challenge, luv Sam x
ReplyDeleteA very pretty card Sue and a lovely festive colour. I've just treated myself to a stamping press, so unmounting my stamps is the next job for me! You know what they say Sue........You don't have too much craft stuff, it's just your room that's too small. It's funny how we crafters all seem to have the same problem ;). Crafty hugs, Sandra x

ReplyDeleteLove your card. I admire you being ruthless with the wooden mounts, Ijust can't bring myself to do it LOL!
