I have used a SU stamp of Christmas trees which I stamped and embossed in silver, although it looks more grey in the photo. The did some more stamping in DI Bundled Sage, to make it look like more trees in the background. I stamped the sentiment in red and clear embossed it to make it pop! The edge of the image is finished with silver peeloffs from my very old stash.
I hope you'll be able to join in with us this time.
Really beautiful card Sue, love those trees.

What a beautiful card Sue! I love those tree's and I love the "forest" you made with them. Nothing says Christmas like pine trees!!! I can't believe Christmas will be upon us before we know it. How does it come around faster and faster?! lol Have a wonderful week! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous pine forest Sue, and I love how you embossed the central ones to make them pop.

Great design with the mix of colors and heights of trees, Sue.
ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely gorgeous, Sue. I love the square shape for your design. Love the depth creatred by the different shades of green. Red is the perfect choice for that wonderful sentiment. I just love it.
ReplyDeleteMaking your tree a repeat image really lifts this card from nice to super, Sue

I love the look of this card. The red sentiment is such a great idea and as you say really pops. hugs Mrs A.
ReplyDeleteThis stamp gives such great opportunities for the artist. You have been able to make great use of these opportunities. I love how some trees are in a lighter color, like trees in the background. Such a beautiful winter card.
