Sun, Sea and Sand.

Here we are with a new challenge at Cardz for Galz. It is my turn to choose the challenge and I have gone with Sun, Sea and Sand. when I picked this I had no idea that Creative Stamping would produce the perfect set of stamps just a few weeks earlier. Needless to say I used them.

I watercoloured the image but made the stupid mistake of doing the background first! So I had to spend some time removing enough colour so that the girl's shoulders were not too blue! I hope you'll find time to join in with us.

  3. Wow Sue, this is a beautiful and serene card. I love the girl on the beach and I love your watercoloring. We all live and learn when it comes to watercoloring, don't we?! I think it turned out great and you did a great job at lifting the blue off your girls shoulders. I so agree with the sentiment, but I also find a walk in nature anywhere soothes the soul.
