Fuschia

After a fraught few days - five- I finally managed to get back into Bloglovin yesterday. As I use it to read all the blogs I follow I have had quite a few to catch up with.

I finally got round to using this lovely Penny Black stamp. I used Zig watercolour markers to paint the image and a water brush to blend and move the ink around.

I actually stamped it on white card but it looks very creamy on the photo. The mat is also much closer in shade to the purple on the flowers than it looks here. Both the white and purple mats are out of my snippets drawer.

I would like to join in with the following challenges:

  1. Hi Sue

Gorgeous fuchsia stamp - beautifully coloured.

Thanks for submitting some homework to the Snippets Playground. It's a lovely evening . . . climb the rope ladder to the Treehouse and come join Di and I for a few cocktails - there's sure to be one on the menu that you like! xxx

  4. I love that you used the word fraught, Sue! It's a perfect word to describe your frustration and I hope all stays well now. Your watercoloring and the design of your fuchsia card are sensational! Thank you for inspiring everyone at NBUS! Hugs, Darnell

  5. Love, love, love this card Sue! Love these flowers but never can have them here as the wind ruins them. You have colored your fuchsia up beautifully with your Zigs. I'm glad you were able to get into Bloglovin again, it's weird how that all went. I have to say, I haven't heard the word "fraught" used in a longtime! It certainly describes the frustrations you were having with this issue. So maybe you will bring this word back to life! Hugs, Brenda
