Less is More - Silhouette

The ladies at Less is More are asking for silhouettes this week. I had time for a quick play yesterday and here is my attempt.
I had a bit of trouble getting a really crisp image, and even tried embossing with black powder (something I rarely use, preferring clear) but a black pen solved the problem. Short and sweet post today!

  5. This is a perfect silhouette image and a great stamp. I love the background. I can't figure out if it is inked through a stencil or a stamp but I do love it.

  12. You can't beat the old black pen technique! I once had another crafter say I was "cheating" because I used a black pen to fill in an image that hadn't fully inked in black. What?! Why then would God make black pens, right?! I love your sweet silhouette bird design, Sue, and that background is so well done!! I hope you are doing well! Hugs, Darnell
