Now I know what you're thinking - where's the panda? No matter how I tried I couldn't come up with a way of incorporating it without spoiling the card. So no panda I'm afraid.

A Panda, a Mini and a Teddy!
That is what I was asked to include in a birthday card if possible! After some thought I came up with the idea of a mini - paper pieced with a teddy driving and a panda watching! So began the web search for a suitable digi stamp. I found the perfect mini but the site had some problems and I couldn't complete the purchase. So back to the search and this time I found a stamp of a mini with a teddy driving. Thank goodness for Lili of the Valley! A hasty purchase and fingers crossed it came quickly. It arrived yesterday morning and by the afternoon I had made the card.
Now I know what you're thinking - where's the panda? No matter how I tried I couldn't come up with a way of incorporating it without spoiling the card. So no panda I'm afraid.

Sweet card and 2/3 is good. I'm sure the card will be loved. p.s isn't a panda a type of bear any way!!

How cute, love the colors!
ReplyDeleteI am sure the recipient won't mind, Sue, this is really adorable!! When you first said you found what you wanted "with a panda watching" I looked down at your card and thought that was very clever ~ the panda is off stage, watching! ...
ReplyDeleteThen I read on that it wasn't available. Still, that is what the recipient can imagine, don't you think?! BTW, I really love the paint job on the mini!! Hope you are enjoying the day! Hugs, Darnell
