Well I've finally managed to join in with
Rudolph day after a couple of month's absence. We're still in the process of finding homes for everything after the extension. Who knew it would be so hard and take so long! However I've had a couple of days of enforced rest, after having two broken teeth roots extracted. The advice leafllet following the surgery said no lifting, bending, sport or exercise for at least 48 hours! That had to compensate for the very sore jaw! So I've used the time to make a card.
I used a SU set of dies and stamps I bought last winter and hadn't even unwrapped. The sentiment is from one of the new release stamps at Happy Little Stampers. I'm also entering this into:

ReplyDeleteBest wishes for an easy healing with this tooth problem. Sounds quite painful, so it's good that you can distract yourself with making a beautiful card such as this. Golly, I'd forgotten it was Rudolph Day! This gold & white is so elegant & this is such a lovely snowflake image too. Very CAS, very beautiful. TFS & Hugs.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Sue. Sorry to hear of your poor aching jaw. Hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteThe gold mirri paper for the atar and the mat are fabulous here. That star looks so good with the stamped swirly image behind it!
