Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge.
Hello again - time for the new challenge at Happy Little Stampers, as always it's Anything Goes but with an optional twist of Stars this month.

I used a SU set of stamps and dies which have only recently been unwrapped and inked. I stamped the pretty swirl twice, once in silver and once in Coastal Cabana. Then diecut a star from the middle of the card. I overstamped the diecut with the star and stuck it to the inside of the card. It looks really pretty in real life but has been a nightmare to photo!

ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous, Sue. I so love those whispy swirls of stars. The stamped star in the middle of the aperture looks wonderful, and the sentiment is wonderful and so perfect for this challenge.

ReplyDeleteI keep saying I'm going to try that technique with the stamp below the cut-out but never do. Thanks for the inspiration, Sue. The flourishes add great movement and draw the eye to the star.
