As you can see from the tree in the middle the leaves hadn't changed colour as much as we'd hoped!

Digitally Sweet Challenge #53
We have another Anything Goes week at Digitally Sweet and this week are sponsored by Cedar Chest Designs. I have used some more photos from our Canada/ New England trip and thought the lovely paper pack " Fall Pumpkins " suited them perfectly as it contained this lovely sheet with all the autumn coloured leaves.

Digitally Sweet Challenge #48 - Layers
I am really excited to have joined the design team at Digitally Sweet. I first entered one of their challenges when it was quite new, and have since entered off and on, with some very large gaps in between! I've got no excuse now not to catch up with my scrapping!
This is my first week as part of the DT so do hope you like what I've made. We are sponsored this week by Cedar Chest Designs and they have so many gorgeous images it was difficult to decide what to use. Eventually I settled on one called "Pumpkin Patch", as it fitted in perfectly with this photo. I have at long last started scrapping the photos taken in 2010 when we did a 10 day tour of Canada and USA to see the autumn/fall colours. Unfortunately that year autumn was late and a lot of the leaves were still green, but I loved all the displays of pumpkins and "mums" people had on their front porches - so pretty!

The photo was taken in Vermont, in the equivalent of one of our garden centres, and they made the most yummy apple cider doughnuts! A good thing it was only a short stop! I coloured the image digitally and added some effects to give the pumpkins more shape using Craft Artist. I do hope you like it. Why not pop over to the DSC blog to see what the other DT members have made?
