Rudolph Day April

I'm pleased to say that I have now used up all my old Dufex sheets!
I'm now on a mission to use some of the huge stash of coloured cardstock that I accumulated when I was a Stampin Up person!

There's nothing much more I can say about these except the mats and sentiments were cut out of a snippet of red mirri card.

March Rudolph Day

This month seems to have flown by. I seem to have been very busy but not sure with what! Certainly very little carmaking or indeed any sort of crafting. Although I suppose I could class painting Roy's very small military miniatures ass crafting!

Anyway I did manage a card for Rudolph Day. I used a very old Dufex decoupage sheet. I've still got one or two left which are about to get used up. It was also just the right size for me to use up another old stash item - an aperture card.

Make My Monday - Angels

Hi and elcome to a new week and a new challenge at Make My Monday, and this week it is "angels". Would you believe that the only angel I managed to find was an old Dufex decoupage sheet. Not a single angel stamp among my large stash of Christmas stamps! So I went with the Dufex.

And the problem with Dufex? Impossible to get a decent photo. There is either two much shimmer so the image doesn't show up or you can't see the shimmer at all. This was the best of a very bad bunch but at least it shows the layers. I matted it onto some silver holographic card and the border and greeting are peel offs! Snippets have been used, the silver card, the blue card and even the border peel off was only a left over part of one, so I'm off Pixies Snippets Playground where the only rule is to use snippets. Think I've managed that!

Now hop on over to Make My Monday challenge blog to see the rest of the DTs creations.

Rudolph Day

Sarn runs a very popular Rudolph day challenge but so far this year I haven't joined in. It's a sad fact of life that as we get older our Christmas Card list also gets smaller! As I enjoy making Christmas cards I always end up with a surplus which is why I am only just beginning to think about making some. This year she wants us to produce two cards in the same post. So here are my efforts from yesterday.

Both very similar. But the good part is that it is another sheet of Dufex decoupage that I've used up - it has been in my stash for ages - and I even used some of the peel offs bought when I first started making cards and soon relegated to the back of the cupboard!

Last of the Christmas Cards

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Unfortunately I was not well just before Christmas so didn't manage to upload the rest of my Christmas Cards. Anyway better late than never - so here they are!

Some Decoupage Cards

Here are two decoupage cards made recently. The racing car is a Dufex design and the football is from Buzzcrafts
