The Male Room - Halloween

I'm not big on Halloween so don't have much in the way of stamps etc for it. But I did get this digi image last year from Just Inklined to make a one layer card for a challenge. Since then it has been sitting in my box of " must do something with that"! So I pulled it out and cut it up!

 

 I mounted the image onto some shiny purple mirri card and then onto some dark green, added some tiny spiders webs in the corners and mounted it onto an orange card blank. The sentiment got the same layering treatment.  Now I wonder if I'll be able to upcycle this again next year(lol)!

Retirement Card for a Golfer

My dentist is retiring at the end of this month and I'm not looking forward to getting used to a new one after 35 years! Anyway I thought he deserved a card as he should have retired a few years ago! I know he is a keen golfer and is hoping to have more time to play so I made him this card.

 

 The image is from Just Inklined and is coloured with Promarkers or it might have been Copics (can't remember now!). Hope he liked it - he certainly had a lot on display in his surgery a fortnight ago!

Less is More - Witches and Wizards etc!

Halloween is not an occasion I make cards for so I really didn't have any suitable images for this week's challenge and was going to sit it out. But then while browsing for digi images I came across this one called " A Good Read"at Just Inklined which I rather liked.

 

 I have coloured it with Copics so will need to cover up the bleed through on the inside before it gets sent to anyone. The sentiment/quote was also computer generated.
