Kingfisher

I do like kingfishers, they are such pretty birds, so when I came across this paper from Craft Individuals, hiding in my drawer, I decided to make a very quick card.

I found some matching cardstock to mount it on . Then a simple sentiment from Uniko finished it off.

Things with Wings!

WhileI was moving my craft room I came across a box containing lots of decoupage sheets bought many moons ago! I'm sure I'll never use all of them but this one of a kingfisher has made it onto a card! And it fits in well with the new challenge at Make My Monday which is Things with Wings.

I have to say cutting round the branches was incredibly fiddly! If I had to do it again, I think I would just cut the bird out.
