I decided it was time for some glitter for this week's Merry Monday challenge.
I used a stamp set that had never been used before (NBUS as per Darnell) and stamped and embossed in gold. I should have made the Merry Christmas pennant a bit narrower I think so the underneath one's would show a bit more.
Recipe:
Cardstock: Very Vanilla, Champagne glimmer paper
Stamp Set: Snowflake Soiree, Greetings of the Season
Ink: Versamark
Other: Gold embossing powder, snowflake vellum(non-SU from stash)
What a beautiful snowflake stamp and don't you just love using gold glitter paper?! A very, very pretty card! :0)
ReplyDeleteA lovely touch of glitz Sue! Vicky x
ReplyDeleteI think it's just perfect, Sue! The gold snowflakes are so elegant! Love the vellum too and the banners are just right! Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Merry Monday!

ReplyDeleteIt's fine, Sue, in fact it's a classic Christmas beauty! Thank you for the shout out! Glad to see that my friends are using their NBUS, too! It feels good, doesn't it? BTW, I just ordered some of that champagne sparkle paper (oh, dang, more NBUS on the way!!) and I can't wait to see it IRL!
