Less is More - Handmade Flowers

Last minute for Less is More again! I finally managed to get into the craft room after boiler fitting, five visits from the washing machine repair man and house sitting while my partner had replacement windowsfitted (he was at work). I was definitely getting withdrawal symptoms. On top of all that when I did have a few minutes the room was like a sauna! Anyway here is my last minute card!

I spent yesterday evening making some roses with SU's paper clay. This is one of the larger ones which I pressed into a Versamark pad, then sprinkled some iridiscent embossing powder on and heated it gently. The leaves were cut with a Spell binders die. As the green mount and leaves were from my snippets box I'm also going to pop alaong to the Playground and see what has been going on there this week.

  3. What a beautiful flower, Sue! I'm glad you finally got to create! Whew, you've had a doozy of a time!

How nice that you've been to VT. I grew up in Manchester at the base of Mt. Equinox. It's always nice to get back for a visit.

I hope you can stay cool now!
