It took quite a while to colour but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Then I fussy cut him. I stamped the image again on a piece of white card then die cut a square chopping off part of the leaf. I stuck the cut ot image on top so that he looked like he was floating of the edge. The little sprinkles are Champagne Glass - another NBUS item!

ReplyDeleteWhat a splendid job you've done coloring this little mouse floating on his leaf. (I've tried coloring this image and made a total hash of it, so I'm really admiring yours. I don't know why it was difficult for me to color this particular one!) This is a wonderful autumn card. Love how you've let the leaf curl as it floats off the topper. TFS & Hugs
ReplyDeleteOMGosh Sue, this is such an adorable fall card! I love your coloring with the blending pencils-looks like Copic coloring! I also love how you have the leaf coming off the edge of of your mat. Such a sweet and adorable card! Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteIt looks fantastic the way you've got him whooshing off the card! Thanks for joining in at City Crafter.
ReplyDeleteHow cute is this! I love the image of him floating down on the leaf and the sprinkles make it look like floating too. Beautiful coloring and shading on your leaf.
