Thank you!

The lovely Darnell has taken the fantastic initiative of organising a blog hop to thank Di who recently celebrated her SEVENTH anniversary as Headmistress of Pixie's Playground, having taken over the beginning of 2012 from the lovely Jules! That's an enormous accomplishment! Not only that, but in addition to the linky for each challenge, Di also offers a generous prize out-of-pocket!

I have managed to produce a card - in between sneezes, using a die that I won in the Playground.

Not a very good photo I'm afraid. The light is not very good as it is currently snowing again. It wasn't much fun having to go out first thing this morning in it either, but had no choice as Roy had a hospital appointment to see about cataract surgery, and didn't want to put it off. The main roads were OK but our little close wasn't!

  1. Snowing here to Sue! But they have our road clear so that is a good thing. Glad you were able to get out to Roy's appointment safely! No I pray that all goes well with the surgery and that you are feeling better! Love your card, it is so pretty and clever! I have that flower die, it is a NBUS, but I have it-it is so pretty in the orange and I love how you die cut your thanks in the middle of the card like that! Just beautiful! Hugs, Brenda

  2. Beautiful CAS card, Sue. I love the THANKS die you've used, it makes a lovely focal point. It's been pretty snowy here too, just glad I didn't need to drive anywhere today. xx

  7. Your monochrome thank you card is very sharp, Sue! I didn't realize that you've been so sick and I hope whatever ails you is completely banished soon! Thank you so much for joining in the Hop to thank our Miss Di! (Good luck to Roy with the upcoming cataract surgery. The only thing about it that is hard is all those pesky eye drops, but thankfully he has you to help him keep it straight. I was so glad to have Kevin helping me!) Hugs, Darnell
